We do, however, recognise there may be some things we could improve, which is why we welcome your feedback.


While we’d love you to score us as highly satisfied, we welcome any comments to ensure your next visit is even better.

You will be able to enter this competition if you have had your bike serviced with us up until 31st March 2025 or if you have bought a new bike during this time.

Following your visit with us you will receive an email from
hondaexperience@inmomentfeedback.com with the survey questions.  Upon completion you will be entered into a prize draw where you could win £500 to spend in-store.  Winners will be announced at the end of each quarter, with the last draw taking place after 31st March 2025.
